When can I get Highva?
Highva is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone.
Where is my data stored?
Almost everything stays on your iPhone: your goals, streaks, journal, vision board, chats and profile. The AI coach is optional. If you turn it on, the data it needs is sent through our server to our AI provider to write your coaching, and our server doesn't keep it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I turn the AI coach on or off?
In the app, go to Account → AI Coach and use the AI coach switch. You can also choose whether your journal notes are included. When it's off, nothing is sent to the AI.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. To delete your AI coach data on our server, go to Account → AI Coach → Delete my AI coach data. Usage counts are also deleted automatically after 90 days.
Is the AI coach a therapist or a crisis service?
No. Highva's coach isn't a therapist or a crisis service. If you're struggling or thinking about hurting yourself, please reach out now to someone you trust, a crisis line or your local emergency services.
Which devices does Highva work on?
Highva is made for iPhone.
